DBZ: So Vanity Vintage where are you from originally and where are you presently located?
VVS: We are from the Washington DC metro area, both born and raised.
DBZ: How exactly did you become interested in your craft?
VVS: I (ToYa) became interested in fashion at a really young age. I think I started when I decided I wanted to look different than everyone else. From there came the curing and redesigning of clothes. I later realized that I had more joy in putting the item together to create an entire look, which is how I nurtured my passion for fashion styling. With others taking an interest in my "ugly" eye for garment arrangements, I turned it into a profession in early 2006!
DBZ: Could you please share some accomplishments, small or large thus far in your career?
VVS: Vanity Vintage Styling has had many accomplishments on a rather large scale in a short period of time! We consider the fact that we receive compliments (on our work) from people all over the world a great accomplishment, not to mention that our client base doubles every year based on client referrals & portfolio projects. We have been blogged about in numerous nationally written blogs, we have had many profound journalists write the most amazing articles on us as well as work with some of the most popular television networks! The word accomplishment is a small word used for VVS when reading fan mail & realizing how great our client relationships & company really is!
DBZ: So what does Vanity Vintage have in the pipeline for the up coming year / future?
VVS: We are currently working on expanding our freelance staff/team so that we can push 6 + projects at the beginning of the year such as a Mag, Video Diary Series, and Classes, etc. We are looking for videographer, photographer, 3 company models, an MUA & Hair Stylist! When our team grows- everyone else had better step their game up! Lol
DBZ: What would you say is your ultimate goal you wish reach?
VVS: The ultimate goal for VVS is to become the "go to" company for all your fashion styling need whether it be for your personal wardrobe, photo shoots, film projects, videos, TV. Series etc.

Introducing Doebotz DayZ…
Hey whats up fellow Doebotz... Hope all is well! I have decided to start adding more value to our blog, and website in general. As many of you already know, the Doebotz brand was designed to help empower people to free themselves from any restraints caused by societies brainwashing or self inflicted. The plan is to learn & always remember that we are the sh*t, and nobody can stop our progress. We make moves & accomplish our goalz. Yes, we are a clothing brand, but there is much more depth within the Doebotz brand.
Monday
Starting this Monday (10/25/10) we are introducing Motivate Mondayz. Every Monday we will provide inspirational stories, video's, and people that will help to get & keep our minds on the right thingz... A lil motivational brain food to start the week right!
Tuesday
Tuesdayz will now be Talent Tuesdayz. We will be taking submissions from all over the world of talented people working hard to get that much needed exposure. Our intent is to assist these talented individuals on getting to the next level. Ranging from musicians, artist, dancers, inventors, athletes, skaters, etc. So if you are working hard at your craft and need a bit more exposure drop us note and we would be honored to assist you on your travel to success.
Wednesday
Wednesdayz will now be WTF-Wednesdayz. On this day will share some of funniest and most bizarre stories floating around the world. Just a little mid week humor to give us all that much needed laugh! Only 2 more days till the WEEKEND!
Thursday
Thursdayz are now Throwback Thurzdayz. On this day some will become educated and other will smile and reminisce. We will be spotlighting old music, movies, fashions, games, & art, I guess culture in general. Should be a lot of fun!
Friday
Fridayz are now Fashionistic Fridayz. On this great day (end of the week lolol) we will discuss fashion, and societies cultural impact. We will show off some of our new apparel, and showcase up and coming designerz, brandz, and much much more...
